Join Us in Fighting Hunger: Support Our Food Drive for Rio Grande Food Project

At U.S. Eagle, community is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re proud to continue our long-standing partnership with the Rio Grande Food Project (RGFP)—a vital organization working to alleviate hunger and build long-term food security in the Albuquerque area.

We’re inviting our members and neighbors to join us in supporting RGFP through a community food drive, running now through August 6th. Donations will be accepted at all Albuquerque and Bernalillo branch locations, and every contribution—big or small—makes a meaningful difference.

About Rio Grande Food Project

Located on Albuquerque’s Westside, RGFP is more than just a food pantry. It’s a community hub that provides:

• Nutritious groceries to families in need
• A thriving urban garden that grows fresh produce for distribution
• Programs that address the root causes of food insecurity

How You Can Help

We welcome all non-perishable food donations to help stock RGFP’s pantry shelves. If you’re not sure what to bring, here are some of the most-needed items:

• Canned Fish and Chicken
• Canned Vegetables
• Canned and Dried Fruit

Drop-Off Locations

Bring your donations to any U.S. Eagle branch in Albuquerque or Bernalillo during business hours. Look for the collection bins in our lobbies and feel free to ask our team if you have any questions.
